Alexis spent over 10 years with leading international law firms (Allen & Overy LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP) before joining the firm. He acquired significant experience in the resolution of complex commercial disputes, post-acquisition litigation, shareholder disputes and, more generally, corporate governance issues.
Alexis assists his clients on a day-to-day basis in preventing the legal risks associated with their activities, and frequently appears before French civil, commercial, and criminal courts, as well as international arbitration tribunals (ICC, LCIA).
He is also involved in the preventive management of disputes, in pre-litigation negotiations or in mediation and conciliation schemes.
Alexis is a member of the Association Droit & Procédure and the Association des Professionnels du Contentieux des Affaires (APCA).
