We offer our clients a full range of services in dispute resolution.

Our lawyers have extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. This expertise makes them inventive, responsive, and combative when it comes to anticipating, managing and resolving disputes that may arise in the life of a company, while preserving the economic interests, image and reputation of our clients.

We assist and represent our clients before civil, commercial, criminal and arbitration courts. But when circumstances so require, we prefer the negotiated route, notably via alternative dispute resolution methods (such as mediation or conciliation).

We are particularly active in disputes relating to the negotiation and performance of commercial contracts (breach of pre-contractual negotiations or commercial relations, breach of contract, enforcement, etc.), as well as in corporate law disputes (disputes between shareholders or with former directors, pre- and post-acquisition disputes, claims under representations and warranties, insolvency proceedings, etc.) or in real estate-related issues.

Our expertise also extends to enforcement proceedings, technical expert appraisals and in futurum investigative measures (Section 145 of the French Code of Civil Procedure).

We also act in international and domestic commercial arbitration, before both institutional (ICC, LCIA, CMAP…) and ad hoc arbitral tribunals, and handle litigation for the enforcement of awards in France or their set aside.
