Bernard assists his clients, both French and foreign companies, in developing their business and resolving their commercial disputes.

He has developed in-depth expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law, and financial law. He is particularly involved in contract negotiation, commercial partnerships setting-up, M&A operations, and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements.

Bernard also represents his clients before civil and commercial courts in all types of commercial or corporate disputes (e.g., contractual matters, shareholders disputes, breach of long-term commercial relationships, enforcement of representations and warranties). He also assists them in the context of insolvency proceedings.

He is an expert in real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial leases (offices, business premises in city centers and shopping malls): negotiation and drafting of leases, advice, and litigation. He assists real estate operators, companies, and private individuals, in the acquisition and sale of real estate and business assets and advises operations on real estate development projects.

Bernard has also developed expertise in aviation and transport law. He assists airlines, operators, and carriers in negotiating contracts, resolving insurance and liability issues, and handling passenger and cargo litigation.
